Santicler accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a seamless processing of your request.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to help our team identify your return.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
